The Signage Project - The Team

Initially, we were divided into groups for our strengths and interest. I became part of the signage group. Because I enjoy illustrating and logo making, and was assigned the making of the icons. The work was divided among the 6 of us. And we would check in with each other at certain points before client meetings and after. I liked the group dynamic eventually, In the beginning it was difficult to keep us all coordinated and organized. But we sort of synced together eventually, we taught ourselves how to improvise and compromise when some of us could not make it to meetings. We found a way around it, and updated each other to make it work.

The brainstorming and decision making were some of my favorite parts of the team collaboration.
Because it really felt like we were a team, and the decision making made the project feel like ours instead of mine or theirs.
